At T&S Flexwerk in Waalwijk, we are looking for a professional Frontdesk Officer who can warmly welcome visitors and provide them with all the information they need.

About the role

As a front-office staff member, you are the face of the organization. You welcome visitors and temporary staff in a friendly and hospitable manner. You provide information and assist visitors, temporary staff, and employees with any questions they may have. When packages and orders are delivered, you are the one who receives them and ensures they are processed smoothly.

Throughout the day, you’ll also handle phone calls and emails. You’ll handle first-line complaints yourself. For more complex issues, you’ll transfer the call to the appropriate department.

In addition, you will support the organization with administrative and secretarial tasks, such as processing changes to bank account information to ensure accurate payroll payments, and verifying expense reports and vacation days in Plan4Flex. You will also prepare coffee and tea for upcoming appointments and/or meetings and ensure that the office premises are kept neat and tidy.

What we require

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required
• Experience with MS Office and computer systems
• Training in administration or secretarial work is preferred
• Experience in a similar role or administrative position in the staffing industry is preferred
• Experience with Easyflex and Plan4Flex is preferred
