As an Intercedent, you are the vital link between our clients and our flexible workforce. You ensure that the right people are placed in the right positions and that daily operations run smoothly. You build strong relationships, maintain control over workforce planning, and are visibly present on-site. No two days are the same, which is exactly what makes this role so rewarding.
What will you do?
Workforce Management: You are the primary point of contact for your flexible workers. You support and guide them throughout their assignments and identify opportunities for development. By maintaining regular contact, you stay informed about what is happening and can proactively respond to changes in availability, preferences, and employability.
Client Management: You coordinate staffing needs, schedules, and forecasts, evaluate ongoing collaborations, and actively contribute ideas for improvements and new opportunities. Thanks to your involvement, clients always know what to expect and can rely on a high level of service.
Planning & Transportation: You create short- and long-term schedules, coordinate transportation, and ensure that staffing requests are filled accurately and on time. When plans change unexpectedly, you react quickly and provide effective solutions.
Recruitment & Selection: You support the complete recruitment process. You conduct interviews with candidates, assess whether there is a strong match, and help new flexible workers get off to a successful start with the client.
Administration: In addition to your operational responsibilities, you ensure that all administrative processes are properly maintained. You process information accurately, monitor records, and identify any discrepancies. As a result, colleagues and clients can always rely on up-to-date and accurate information.
In short, you are a planner, relationship manager, coach, and organizer all in one. It is a versatile role in which you continuously connect people, processes, and results.
Who are you?
You are confident, takes ownership, and thrives in a dynamic working environment. You are solution-oriented, able to maintain an overview, and capable of setting priorities when the pressure is on. In addition, you have:
- MBO+ level education and working ability;
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within the temporary staffing industry;
- Strong organizational skills;
- A proactive and independent working style;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good command of the English language;
- Knowledge of Polish and/or Spanish is a plus;
- A valid Category B driving licence.
