Onsite Coordinator at T&S Flexwerk

We are looking for an energetic and people-oriented Onsite Coordinator at T&S Flexwerk to join our team. In this role, you will be fully dedicated to one of our key clients, a major supermarket chain and work onsite at their warehouse near Nijmegen. Your mission? Ensuring both our temporary workers and our client are happy, engaged, and successful.

What you will do

As an Onsite Coordinator, you will be the central link between our client and our temporary workforce. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing the full onboarding process of temporary workers in the warehouse
• Conducting regular check-in meetings to see how they are doing and address any issues
• Visiting workers’ accommodation to ensure their well-being
• Creating and managing both work schedules and transport planning (carpooling arrangements)
• Working with employees from a wide range of nationalities – therefore, English is essential
• Acting as the first point of contact for both the client and the temporary workers

What we are looking for

• Experience in the recruitment or staffing industry (must-have)
• Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Ability to work onsite near Nijmegen
• Flexibility in working hours – standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00, but the team may decide to work extended hours or occasional weekends
