Planner at T&S Flexwerk
We are looking for a Planner at T&S Flexwerk in Waalwijk to join our team.
About the role
As a planner, you’ll be responsible for day-to-day staffing and transportation planning. From long-term schedules to last-minute changes, you’ll maintain an overview and stay in control. You’ll work closely with temporary staff, clients, and internal colleagues to ensure that everything runs according to plan.
You monitor the availability and the inflow, turnover, and outflow of temporary staff and anticipate future needs. At the same time, you focus on satisfaction and long-term partnerships. You communicate clearly, set clear expectations, and serve as a reliable point of contact.
When things change, you adapt quickly and focus on finding solutions. Administrative tasks are part of your daily responsibilities: you ensure that scheduling systems are accurate and up to date. You also contribute ideas for improvements to the scheduling and transportation processes.
What we require
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of English is required
- Knowledge of Spanish/Polish and/or Dutch is a plus
- Experience in planning or the staffing industry is a plus
- One weekend shift every 3-4 weeks
- Willingness to work in a two-shift rotation
- Must have a Class B driver’s license
