What will your day look like at T&S Flexwerk?

You start your morning with a cup of coffee or tea – and a quick catch-up with your colleagues. Then it’s time for a short stand-up with your team lead, where you align on the day’s priorities: candidate intake, vacancy status, and new requests from operations.

Your day-to-day tasks include:

• Sourcing, screening, and selecting international candidates
• Writing, posting, and managing job vacancies
• Keeping in touch with applicants and recruitment partners (especially in Poland and Spain)
• Collaborating with the operations team to optimize the intake process
• Contributing ideas for creative campaigns and targeted recruitment strategies
• Coordinating the arrival and onboarding of international flex workers in the Netherlands

You’ll work closely with both local and international colleagues, and you’ll play a vital role in our recruitment success.

What we’re looking for:

• Fluency in English and Polish or English and Spanish (additional languages are a bonus)
• A proactive, independent mindset and hands-on mentality
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility, curiosity, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment

• Full-time availability

Previous experience in recruitment or the staffing industry is a plus – but your attitude and motivation are what count most.
