Team Leader Flex

Ready for a new challenge in a fast-paced work environment?
As a Team Leader Flex, you’ll play a key role in leading international flex teams on-site. You’ll be the go-to person for coaching, performance tracking, and team coordination. Together with the Buddy and our staffing partner, you’ll ensure daily operations run smoothly – with a strong focus on people and performance.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead daily shift operations in coordination with the Buddy and Teamlead Flex
• Create a positive team atmosphere and provide coaching and feedback
• Monitor performance of flex workers (quality, productivity, engagement)
• Work closely with the staffing agency on planning, retention, and safety
• Ensure compliance with hygiene (HACCP), safety, and company standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement and share ideas
• Support onboarding, evaluations, and exit interviews

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has team leader or supervisor experience (logistics or production is a plus)
• Is confident leading diverse teams
• Has strong communication skills and a positive, proactive mindset
• Is quality-focused, safety-conscious, and results-driven
• Is fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Is available for a rotating 3-shift schedule
• Has (or is willing to obtain) an SEU certificate
• A driving license is an asset
